Reservations and payment
– Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival.
– Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

Check-in, check-out and access to the property
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
After 7:00 p.m., guests may arrive at any time using the access codes sent after booking.
Auberge du Manoir does not provide 24-hour reception. Guests are responsible for keeping their access codes and ensuring they can use them throughout their stay.
Being unable to access the property because the access codes were lost, forgotten or used incorrectly does not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. Immediate assistance cannot be guaranteed outside reception hours.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with management.

Security deposit, damage and missing items
A $250 security deposit is required and is refunded after the stay, subject to the condition of the room and compliance with these terms.
Guests are responsible for the room, its furniture, equipment and accessories throughout their stay.
Any damage, breakage, deterioration or missing item identified after departure may be charged to the guest based on reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Amounts due may be applied against the security deposit and, when necessary, charged to the payment card used for the booking, subject to the rules applicable to the payment method. If the costs exceed the security deposit, the remaining balance may be charged to the guest.

Maximum occupancy and visitors
The maximum number of occupants indicated at the time of booking must be strictly respected.
Room with 1 bed: maximum 2 guests.
Room with 2 beds: maximum 4 guests.
No additional occupant or visitor may stay overnight in the room without prior authorization from management.
Exceeding the occupancy limit, having undeclared visitors or allowing an unauthorized additional overnight stay may result in additional charges, use of the security deposit and, when warranted, termination of the stay without a refund.

Conduct, safety and quiet enjoyment
Any disruptive, aggressive or dangerous behaviour, or conduct that interferes with the peace, safety or comfort of other guests, is prohibited regardless of the cause.
Alcohol consumption does not exempt guests from complying with these terms and does not justify behaviour that compromises the safety or peaceful enjoyment of the property.
When warranted, management may intervene and terminate the stay without a refund, subject to applicable rules.

Use of rooms
– Cooking or using appliances for preparing or consuming food in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in charges or deductions from the security deposit and, when warranted, termination of the stay without a refund.

Video surveillance
To ensure guest safety and protect the property, certain common areas are equipped with video surveillance cameras.
No cameras are installed inside guest rooms or in areas in which a person may reasonably expect privacy.

Failure to comply with the terms
In the event of non-compliance with these terms, the property reserves the right to take reasonable measures necessary to ensure guest safety and protect the premises, up to and including termination of the stay without a refund if circumstances warrant.
Costs resulting from damage, breakage, missing items or other breaches attributable to the guest may be claimed in accordance with these terms.

Acceptance of the terms
By completing a booking, the guest acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these terms, which apply throughout the stay.
